Our Story

I am Charlotte a self taught artist and I love creating artworks using different technics. My art is inspired by my love of nature and beautiful things. I live on the edge of the Pennines, with the countryside steps from my door. I love the wildflowers of spring and summer, the copper bracken coming into autumn and finally the snowy winters.I’m also inspired from the many places I’ve visited, especially Scotland, Greece and Italy.I usually work in Watercolours and started with fluid art, I just love the excitement of what you’re going to end up with, no two pieces are ever the same, which makes them so unique and individual. But when I pick up a brush to paint I’d say I am impressionistic. I don’t want my painting to look exactly like a photo, more of an essence of a place.I follow my heart with what I do.My passion is to share my paintings with others. When not not painting I share my life with husband Terry and our cocker spaniel Isaac.
